Celebrate Wilson 23th Birthday at Pantai Medical Center

My brother was food poison at force to stay over night at P.M.C.
Mum bought a cake for him to celebrate his birthday at P.M.C.
But he only can blow the candles and not allow to eat the cake, only us can ate the cake.
